- Timing & Duration: All service times are approximate and may vary based on factors such as hair length, makeup style, or specific requirements. If you’re booking a bridal service, it’s best to schedule a trial so we can fine-tune your look ahead of time.
- Travel & On-Location: I’m happy to provide services at your home, hotel suite, event venue, or anywhere else you need me. Travel fees may apply depending on the distance and location; please enquire for a personalised quote.
- Group & Bridal Party Bookings: Whether you’re planning a group event, have multiple bridesmaids, or want makeup and hair for mums and VIPs, I can accommodate your needs. Reach out to discuss tailored packages, scheduling, and group rates.
- Deposits & Bookings: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date—this applies to all services, including weddings. Booking early is highly recommended, especially during peak seasons, to ensure availability. If you need to reschedule, we’ll do our best to accommodate, subject to my cancellation policy.
- On-Site Touch-Ups & Add-Ons: Interested in adding a second makeup look, extended on-site touch-ups, or changing your hairstyle midway through an event? Let me know! I can stay on hand to refresh your makeup, create a new style for the reception, or anything else you have in mind. We’ll customise a package to suit your vision.
