Payment details will be provided upon booking confirmation.

A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure the date.

Full payment must be made by the agreed deadline before the service.

Late payments may result in cancellation, with previous payments retained.

For last-minute bookings (within 6 weeks of the event), 50% of the total fee is required upfront.

The booking fee secures the date and is non-refundable.

This fee covers administrative costs and holds your booking in our schedule.

Trials are by appointment only and are not included in the final service fee unless agreed otherwise.

Trials are non-refundable and must be scheduled within available slots.

Any late arrivals to trials may result in reduced time, with no refunds given.

Clients may cancel services at any time by written notice. Payments will be retained based on the cancellation policy.

Cancellations within 7 days of a trial or event will be charged in full.

In case of force majeure preventing service completion, a full refund will be issued, excluding the booking fee.

If weddings are legally restricted, one reschedule is allowed (subject to availability). If unavailable, a refund will be issued minus the booking fee.

Any changes to bookings must be requested in writing at least 12 weeks prior to the event.

Changes to trial appointments must be confirmed at least 1 week before the trial date.

Additional services (e.g., bridesmaids, family members) will be charged at an agreed rate.

Daysena Makeup provides only on-location services.

Travel within a 15-mile radius is included. Beyond this, a £0.50 per mile fee applies (round trip calculation).

Any parking, congestion, or toll fees will be charged to the client.

If travel exceeds 1.5 hours, an overnight stay may be required at the client’s expense.

Clients booking exclusive international services will receive a separate contract detailing the agreement.

The client is responsible for covering the following:

The client may request unlimited hairstyling and makeup applications throughout the day based on the agreement.

The fee covers services exclusively for the contracting client. Additional individuals will be charged separately.

Even if the client does not use the service on a scheduled day, the daily service fee remains payable.

The client agrees that Daysena Makeup may use photographs and videos of completed work for promotional purposes (website, social media, portfolio, etc.).

If the client prefers not to have their images used, they must notify us in writing.

A schedule will be provided to ensure timely service completion.

Clients must be punctual; delays of over 10 minutes may impact service quality.

The client must inform the stylist of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions.

The stylist reserves the right to refuse service in cases of contagious skin conditions or inappropriate behavior.

The stylist will always strive to provide services professionally and within agreed terms.
